I found something that works for me.  No more crash diets that trigger my thyroid disease.  No more gimmicks, no drugs.  I can do this without fear of failure in my own home at my own pace. His website (it's free) is very supportive.  I am proud of the progress I have made in my strength and flexibility.  Eating clean and healthy is also a must.
